Start your day surrounded by the beauty of Pelion’s nature with our thoughtfully curated breakfast basket, delivered daily to enjoy in the privacy of your own space. Our breakfast basket aims to offer fresh, homemade, healthy and exclusively locally available products. It is based on the Mediterranean diet, seasonality and farm to table principle, since our ingredients are mainly sourced from our organic garden and orchard.

THE BEACHES

Amanita is fortunate to be within a short distance from some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece on the Aegean coast. From the trendier to the more remote, they all have secrets waiting to be discovered, including small caves with their own strip of sand, small secluded bays, streams and waterfalls.

ORGANIC GARDEN

The hotel is located in the middle of a 3.5 acre organic garden, consisting of a botanical garden, an orchard and a seasonal vegetable garden. The greek word for that is 'Perivoli' that means an area cultivated for family consumption that is surrounded by a fence. Our guests can roam the garden and relax in the special resting areas.

We spent 14 marvellous days at this very special place and enjoyed a really overwhelming breakfast with all kinds of fruits and vegetables and other products out of Filaretos‘ garden and the surroundings. We swam in the seas on both sides of the peninsula and we climbed the mountains between them, always with a taste of Mariannas’ and Filaretos’ handmade delicacies; sometimes having some of them with us for a picnic. Thanks to them ! A highly recommendable place!
