  • Children over 6 years old are welcome. Babies and children under 6 years old may only be accomodated in the appartments ‘Vasilomanitaro’ & ‘Tilia’ and in the studios ‘Anima Maris’ and ‘Anima Montis’.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • Free Wi-Fi available.
  • All rooms have a mini-bar, apartments and studio have small frige.
  • All rooms have a smart TV with incorporated streaming technology, allowing free of charge access to your preferred content, either straightforward, or through your own device (smart phone or tablet). There is no antenna connection to any broadcaster channel.
  • With a view to an environmentally friendly solution and given the area’s cool microclimate, we have installed fans in every room and an energy efficient cooling system (operating through a heat pump) in the “Cottage”. 2024 we installed an aircoditioning system in all rooms.
  • Indoor common hospitality areas include a living room with a fireplace, the breakfast room and the lounge-games room on the mezzanine floor. Outdoor common areas include the front courtyard and the large courtyard between the main house and the renovated outbuilding. Use common areas with respect for other guests.
  • Coffee, beverages, spoon sweets and yoghurt with honey or spoon sweets are served in the afternoon.
  • Wood for the fireplaces is provided free of charge in winter time. Grilling food in fireplaces is not permitted!
  • Guests may check into their rooms after 15:00 on the date of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 on the date of departure.
  • A 50% additional charge applies for holding the room until 18:00. After that time, the room is charged at full price.
  • Room booking is confirmed by an advance payment of 50% of the total booking value (by credit card or bank transfer).
  • Bills may be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Regarding the Covid-19 pandemic

Dear Guests, Our aim is to provide you with exceptional accommodation experiences attaining the adequate hygiene, safety, and operational methods. It is important to reach out to you the actions we are taking to keep our facilities safe and healthy. We carefully follow the adequate cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection protocols. These protocols assist in illness prevention and include: • Sanitation training for our team members. • Clearly established time-schedule for cleaning and disinfection in all areas. • Conspicuous placement of hand sanitizers. • Frequent cleaning and wash down of outdoor and high touch locations (doors, staircase, etc). Given the current concerns related to the covid-19, we have established house rules that, along with adequate sanitation protocols, safety methods and operation procedures, guarantee the well-being of our guests during their stay with us. These rules include: • We advise our guests to keep at least one and a half (1,5) meter distance from our personnel and other guests, in common areas. • Following the recommendation of the Hellenic Health Organisation and the Greek Ministry of Health the guests rooms will be cleaned every three days of stay. Garbage will be removed daily. Of course we will respond to any request for off-cycle cleaning. • We revised and strictly apply the time limits for check-in and check-out (11 a.m.- 3 p.m.) so that there is enough time for the proper cleaning and disinfection of the rooms. • We provide face masks for our guests, if they want to make use of it. • We have reduced by 1/3rd our indoor breakfast area capacity and arranged for serving breakfast also outdoors, and/or in the yard of the autonomous buildings. • Entering the indoor common area our guests are being advised to use the special hand sanitizers placed for that purpose. • To avoid any health issues that may be caused from goods and/or services brought from third parties and consumed in-house we do not allow off-property food delivery services. • We encourage our visitors to get in touch with us or our personnel for recommendations and/or remarks that will improve our operations. For our team members and ourselves we are taking the following actions: • We have provided everyone with all recommended protective gear. • We continue to regularly disinfect work surfaces, as well as public and back-office areas. • We are carefully monitoring the new coronavirus (covid19) situation through regular updates and guidance from the Hellenic Health Organization (E.O.D.Y.), the National Health Ministry, the Tourism Ministry, the Hellenic Chambers of Hotels, as well as additional government and European organizations.
